Missions

Living Stones is committed to bringing the presence of God near to the world by donating educational supplies and practical support to help improve the lives of people in need. We coordinate in-house projects and also partner with other specialist projects both nationally and internationally. We primarily work in conjunction with the Riverstones Foundation, a sister charity that runs Common Ground Projects. In addition to our own community-oriented programmes, we also work in close partnership with other social project teams to meet the physical and spiritual needs of people in the Birmingham and Sandwell areas. We are affiliated members of the Evangelical Alliance and we regularly support Christian Concern as we are committed to making the love of Christ Jesus known in our nation.

Being a house of prayer for all nations, we have a heart to help meet the needs of people living in impoverished rural communities overseas. Our vision is to bring hope, restoration and reformation to these communities.

The Esther Project is an overseas mission we actively support financially and practically. The objective of this project is to help alleviate the personal and social issues that adolescent girls face in impoverished rural areas. We are currently raising funds towards the costs of providing welfare and education to these young ladies. We have established and run a campaign called The Ezra Project. The aim is to help finish a dilapidated school building and it’s grounds so that the children can learn in a well-equipped and safe environment. Not only do we supply their educational materials, school uniforms and books, but we also contribute towards the costs of supplying water, power and building materials.
